Hi, CentOS release 6.10 (Final) ISPConfig 3.1.7p1 - ispconfig_update.sh doesn't take us higher than this Server Debug log file is attached. We created a web domain. The certificate "broke" - SSL Labs complained about a mismatch. We started again. We deleted the domain we had created. We checked to make sure that files had been removed from (they were): /var/www/DOMAIN.COM /etc/httpd/conf/sites-available /etc/httpd/conf/sites-enabled /etc/letsencrypt/archive /etc/letsencrypt/live /etc/letsencrypt/renewal We checked the dbispconfig »Table: web_domain and everything was clear. We triple checked the DNS. All good. Pointing to the right IP address. We added the site again. We used the same domain name and ticked the Let's Encrypt box. The domain is created. Let's Encrypt SSL certificates are created. We see "Congratulations! Your certificate and chain have been saved at" in /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log and the certs are all in /etc/letsencrypt/live/DOMAIN There are two problems: 1. /etc/httpd/conf/sites-available/DOMAIN.vhost is missing the secure section - <VirtualHost *:443> is not present. 2. /var/www/DOMAIN/ssl/ has no Sym Links to /etc/letsencrypt/live/DOMAIN/chain.pem etc. The domain has no SSL. We would very much like it to have SSL. Any advice anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ed
You have bigger problems han Let's Encrypt not working. Your setup is highly insecure. Update your server to CentOS 7 and then update ISPConfig. Or use the migration tool to migrate it to a new server: https://www.ispconfig.org/add-ons/ispconfig-migration-tool/
