My ISP panel use domain with LE SSL. Two days ago panel stopped working, because the certificate was expired. I checked directory /etc/letsencrypt/live/s1.example.net and there is two: s1.example.net and s1.example.net-0001. Probably this one with suffix appeared after renew but after it in directory /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/ssl two files -> ispserver.crt and ispserver.key point to old directory /etc/letsencrypt/live/s1.example.net not to one with suffix. So:
    1. Is is possible to resolve the issue with directories with suffix "-0001"?
    2. If not - does the old directory is not needed and could be removed? After many renews there will be many directories with incrementing suffix.
    3. How make that both .crt and .key ISP cert files would point to proper directory?

I've found some useful information here https://community.letsencrypt.org/t...l-the-certificate-name-and-folder-change/6420 and here https://community.letsencrypt.org/t...m-a-domain-tld-multidomain-certificate/8135/2 but they are for console/manual operations not by the ISP.

    PS
I also have one aliasdomain/website created for client which is an alias for other domain (with own LE SSL cert) of that client. Aliasdomain works with LE SSL as well but in /etc/letsencrypt/live/ are two -> aliasdomain.pl and aliasdomain.pl-0001. First one with date "Sep 17 05:00" and second one "Sep 18 05:00". Day after day cert renewal? Something strange. Main domain has own folder created in "Sep 18 05:00".
