I’m having a bit of an issue with my cert. I have ISPConfig installed at cp.domain.ca and I client site at that same domain.ca. The client is my personal site as I’m using ISPConfig for personal use. I don’t have any cert and get the classic “suspicious” site message for cp.domain.ca but not for the client site (domain.ca) when I run a SSL check through third party the client site is valid but the subdomain cp.domain.ca is invalid.

Normally issue with panel LE SSL is logged so you can check it. Basically you can also check if your cp.domain.ca A record is pointed to your server and it is properly set in your /etc/hosts. Dig if the A record has been properly propagated. If all is ok, force update ISPConfig opting to create SSL during that process and see if that resolve your issue.
