    Hi,
I have a problem in ISPconfig when i create a site with a number in the subdomain. For example i want a subdomain mail2.example.com. I checked the letsencrypt box and then i click on Save. The site is created but no Letsencrypt certificate is requested. I have a look in the /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log but nothing is logged. When i create a mail.example.com all is working perfectly with letsencrypt. I tried several subdomains with numbers but noting worked. So its look like this is a problem in ISPconfig / letsencrypt?
I also looked in the /var/log/ispconfig/ispconfig.log and cron.log after i change the log to debug but noting is being logged for this problem.
Is use the latest git-stable version. And is use the mirrored solution with ispconfig.

It does not matter if a number is in a subdomain. Have you configured the DNS records for the new subdomains already and did you check that they resolve to your server IP?

Yes al of the tested subdomains have a valid A record and if i ping this domains the al go to the correct server.

Disable le, press save, enable it again. And before you do that, enable the debug log level so you can see in details what happens.

When i set it on enabled and click on save and i go back to the settings LE does not checked and SSL also not checked. What you asked i already done that and i see nothing in my log.

Well this is very strange. When i disable the cronjob for server.sh and run it manually than the LE certificate is requested and approved
