letsencrypt auth method & cloudflare + ispconfig

Hello,
Apparently it is possible to use letsencrypt with Cloudflare:

However, DNS or HTTP auth methods have to be used. Does anyone know if this will work out of the box with ispconfig or if the letsencrypt scripts can be configured as to which LetsEncrypt validation method should be used?

ok thanks Till, however I found a bit more data, apparently the default for the apache plugin is tls-sni-01 which is reported not to work behind cloudflare, however http-01 will, is ispconfig using http-01 ?
