ISPCONFIG 3 rc1 - I added a testsite.com and changed the documentroot to /var/www , later I deleted the testsite.com and ispconfig deleted all my domains that were in the /var/www directory....
Thats the correct behaviour. If you changed the document root to /var/www, which was a very bad idea, ISPConfig deleted the directory correctly as you delted the site.
