Long back I asked a question of a way to limit the bandwidth speed for website, for which the answer was that it is not possible in Apache 2.2, now that my server is on Apache 2.4, how can I limit the bandwidth speed of a website? also is it possible to limit the I/O resources for the website or the client in particular.
I was asking if there is any inbuilt functionality withing ISPCONFIG. but I find mod_ratelimit easier to implement and works fine. I feel this functionality can easily be extended to ISPCONFIG
