Hi I am running fedora core 4 in Pentuim 4 machine. I want to change my motherboard and Processor. Do I have to install my OS again or fedora can still run?

With a standard kernel you should not experience any big problems. In case of this hardwaredetector coming from RH (kudzu) is still implementen in FC as well, you should run this (if you did not change the setting to auto run in your default runlevel at boot), after changing the motherboard.
