I assume you want to enable the "sqlsrv" and "pdo_sqlsrv" mod? This should not be a problem with ISPConfig, but you need to be aware that some settings and config changes that are described in the article you provide cloud impact ISPConfig itself and other parts of the system. Any reason why you need these mods on the ISPConfig Server itself?
