I currently have an IIS web server that is currently hosting our websites. But, we want to also add a linux server to the same domain. (i.e. http://linuxwebsite.domain.com

I have installed the ISPConfig to the Debian linux box, and it works great, but is at linuxserver.domain.com.

Now, I want to be able to setup several websites on this box, but I only want the websites to show newdomain.domain.com not newdomain.linuxserver.domain.com. (I am really friggin confused) I am not sure if this is even possible. I chose the ISPConfig because I figured it would be easier to manage our new subdomains.

    Can anyone help?!?

Thats no problem. Just add in ISPConfig a new website, enter newdomain in the host field and domain.com in the domain field. Then go to the co-domain tab of the newly created website and delete the "domain.com" co-domain which has an empty host field.

You can add like this as many domains as you need, as long as every website has a different host, e.g. newdomain1, newdomain2, etc..
