hi there, I have a little problem with debian... I'd follow this tutorial http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect-server-debian-squeeze-with-bind-and-courier-ispconfig-3... everything went smooth... but when I set a local website... it keeps went to apache standart web... "It's Work" page... instead viewing my webpage... in CentOS there is no problem... my "/etc/hosts" setting is just like this in centos Code: 192.168.10.165 server1.example.com server1 192.168.10.166 mywebpage.com so I used it also in Debian Squeeze... but it's seem won't work... can anyone give me an advice for local website in Debian with ISPConfig3??... thanks before
You have to edit the /etc/hosts file on the client system where the webbrowser is run (the file exists on windows, mac os and linux), not the server. Then make sure that you selected the correct IP address in the website settings.
