Hi, I have a customer with several due payments. This customer has several email accounts, aliases, forwarders, and a website with a database. We have sent him several termination of service notifications. We want to lock his account and all services he's contrated with us. What's the right way of doing it? Is there an easy way to lock/deactivate his website and email services in one-click, or do I need to go to each email account, forwarder, alias, etcetera... and unclick the "Active" checkbox?

    Thanks so much in advance.

Probably not the most correct method, but a simple change to the DNS would do the trick. Send each of the records to another IP.

I don't see though that it would be that difficult to deactivate each of the services. You can deactivate all email accounts with one click in the domain setting, the same with website.
