hmm I remember investigating a not working package a while ago - there were no logs really. Some data might be in the ispconfig logfile ( cronjobs ) but it might miss some stdout messages from the installer, have you tried running the server cronjob task manually?
Did it deflate files into your destination folder / does it allow asumptions of how far it worked? Database for wp filled?

Last time APS inventory has been updated/synced?

Yes the database filled on the mysql. The folder also created when adding new website.
The problem is the state stuck on installation task only.
I did run the cron manual and nothing error.
The wordpress version was 4.8-243 and it used for other vps and its ok.

It has firewall to the target but i already allowing ftp, mysql, http, ssh.
May i know if have any concern in the firewall? Need to allow any service/port??
    Thanks

Hmm if had the same version working right before elsewhere, can you see increased counts on your blocked stats of your firewall?
    *pedantic on*
    what about https? *pedantic off*

does it work with firewall turned off though? Maybe you need to manually mark this task as finished for actual valid results when testing.

Already make the firewall allow all port but remain the same.
Its only creating the database but not create the wordpress.

I find wordpress 4.9.5 (Release 254) in my APS listing on ISPConfig 3.1.11 on latest debian stretch.

Is your APS up to date?

The wordpress version was 4.8-243 and it used for other vps and its ok.
I think not necessary to update because i try to other vps which is ok.
May i know whats the process when installing the wordpress?
It will download the wordpress from the agent itself or its copied from the master ISPConfig?
    Or it has other way
    Thanks

    I can't test 4.8 :(

ISPConfig updates metadata from APS server and saves installation instructions ( general APS description ) to
    /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/sites/aps_meta_packages

After you chose to install, it will read corresponding APP-META.xml and follow the instructions, actual software will be downloaded then.
I don't know for how long old archives are beeing stored on APS server, so using outdated data might lead to issues.

Are you able to install a new instance of wordpress 4.8.x on your vps still? Anyway, without debug log or digging in and *watching* the tasks, there's only hope someone else had the same issue/knows what to do already.

I'd recommend using latest version of the catalog.
