logwatch not sending any daily logs to root

HI,

can any one help me out here,
follow the centos 5.2 setup installation ok.
but no daily log activeitis send to to root.

is logwatch running in a cron job?
in the logwatch.conf, what is the value for

all it contained is

then put in:
MailTo = root
