Lost Virtual Domain Mapping upon Ubuntu Upgrade

I had a perfectly working Ubuntu 8.0.4 server with multiple domains, e-mail and web sites. I needed to upgrade in order to install another piece of software, so decided to do it. I was mostly worried about email as that has always been my problem. That appears to be working, although I notice some issues with it, but my big problem right now is the web sites.

Every single site is getting an "It works!" message which is aparantly served from /var/www/index.html

As you can guess, under /var/www are /var/www/webX domains for all my sites. I'm hoping a simply maping of domain to location file is mis-configured or such. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Then I'll deal with e-mail 'cause it appears to send and receive to the outside, but strangely, when I registered for the howtoforge account, I never got the mail, so at least some people can't mail inbound.

    Thanks in advance,
    PittCaleb

Is the Vhosts_ispconfig.conf file included at the end of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf?
