Mail Account isn`t working on CentOS3 with nginx, Dovecot, ISPConfig 3

Hello all,

i have used this guide:

My system:
Linux vp7041.blow.de 2.6.18-028stab101.1 #1 SMP Sun Jun 24 19:50:48 MSD 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I have added a mailbox over ISPConfig but i can`t get it into my Thunderbird.

If i scan my server i see the ports are open:
