Ok going through a couple of disaster situations, all customer e-mail will be directed to my ip address through mx records.

So if my server is down for any reason the mail will be stored on my isp mail server. They say that I can force the mail to come down to me through autoturn, are there any options in ISPConfig or postfix to make this autoturn work.

    Thanks

I dont think you have to force the mailserver of your provider manually because allmost all mailservers are trying to send the mail in intervals, when the mailserver of your provider detects that your server is back online, it will deliver all the mails.
