I have two servers set up with ispconfig 3. One is a mail server and the other my web server. My emails were being delivered just fine until I tried to configure roundcube's mail interface and now all my outgoing emails are ending up in my recipients spam folders. I tested with 3 different domains and all the same. Any help on where to start fixing this would be greatly appreciated. I also use my hosting providers dns servers and do not have those configured using ispconfig

Most likely the roundcube plugin changes the score of the spamfilter policy that is selected for this mailbox and / or email domain. Go to the spamfilter policys in ispconfig and check that the spam levels are not too low. A svae level is e.g.:

    spam-tag-level: 3
    spam-tag-level2: 5
    spam-kill-level: 15
