Mail bounces from some servers after adding IP

I recently added a second IP (24.121.65.185) to my ISPConfig server, now mail is bouncing from some of the big ISP's. My IP is not listed in Spamhaus and the rDNS is set correctly.

What could be going on?

My IP's are listed as being dynamic, but only by SORBS. I have requested de-listing with no success. Any ideas?

Are your IP addresses dynamic? If so, there's almost no chance to remove them from the blacklists...
