Hi all, Our clients mail is bouncing when their quota is exceeded even when the the site "traffic exceeded" is set to notify. How can we set the disk limit to notify as well. Regards Mark
The mailbox quota is handled different then the traffic quota. The mailbox quota is the linux filesystem quota, when it is full you can not write any files for this user. So the email must be bounced to inform the sender that the information he has sent has not reched the recipient. It is a normal behavoiur that mailboxes are bouncing when they are full.
