mail boxes/forward question

I've got a question about email setup, I hope you can help me.
The context is a small business where all incoming and outgoing mails need to be kept.


Here is what I would like to achieve:

all emails come in on one email address, like [email protected]

I want the email to arrive normally into the service email box (IMAP), but also to be forked and forwarded to another mailbox: [email protected] (also IMAP).

When mails are sent from [email protected], I want these mails also to be archived in the sent-folder of mailbox [email protected] in addition to being archived in the sent folder of [email protected].


How can I achieve that?

that solution is for incoming mails.
is there any way to have outgoing mails CCed?
