We upgraded from OpenSuSE 11.1 to 11.4 over the weekend and users started getting login errors when checking mail. After that we updated ISPConfig 3 as we were one update behind. Users still have issues logging in. We've verified MySQL is working properly and sites with databases seem fine. However, we get these errors in the mail.err log file and they keep repeating. Jun 6 09:13:50 web pop3d: authentication error: Input/output error Jun 6 09:14:36 web authdaemond: failed to connect to mysql server (server=localhost, userid=ispconfig): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) Any thoughts?
