Hi! I'd really like to read a tutorial about reconfiguring a system set up according to one of the howtos with ISPConfig or if it's not possible at the moment - some other email system tutorials.I need a complete email system setup which would gather emails from other pop3 accounts and put it on one account on my server. My server would be the one from the howto that I'm now suggesting. Just like GMail has it. Thanks in advance!
You can use fetchmail for this. In /etc/fetchmailrc you direct all mails to just one local account, that's all. http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showpost.php?p=34140&postcount=2
Thanks again! I'm waiting for my domain to get registered. After that this will be the first thing that I'll try on ISPConfig. This is a very usefull feature. After getting the mail will it be filtered by ISPConfig (viruses, spam) ?
If you created the target account with ISPConfig and enabled SpamAssassin and ClamAV for it, then yes.
