    hello,

    I have the latest version of ispconfig, and my server keep a copy (archive) of mail.log every day and i lost disk space.

    I want desactivate this copy, but in my interface isp, Administration > Parameters > Email the checkbox "save the log" is not checked and in my file /etc/logrotate.conf no instructions for keep the log
    ex :

    # see "man logrotate" for details
    # rotate log files weekly
    weekly

    # keep 4 weeks worth of backlogs
    rotate 4

    # create new (empty) log files after rotating old ones
    create

    # uncomment this if you want your log files compressed
    #compress

    # packages drop log rotation information into this directory
    include /etc/logrotate.d

    # no packages own wtmp, or btmp -- we'll rotate them here
    /var/log/wtmp {
    missingok
    monthly
    create 0664 root utmp
    rotate 1
    }

    /var/log/btmp {
    missingok
    monthly
    create 0664 root utmp
    rotate 1
    }

    # system-specific logs may be configured here

    please help me

    Thank you

    :)

    Please make sure that you have not enabled the checkbox to keep the logfile under management > server > settings in ispconfig.

    Please disable the checkbox in the ISPConfig interface as I requested above to solve the problem and do not edit the crontab.
