Mail not working

    I have been having some real big issues trying to config and get email to work on my server. All of the other services such as http, ftp, dns are working. I can't send or receive email through Outlook or Squirrel Mail. I can't even send a simple email to the email address that i'm trying to get working. I have had to reinstall Centos 5.2 twice thinking it was eather something I did wrong, or it was either Amavisd and ClamAV messing everything up. I did a fresh install of Centos without installing Amavisd and ClamAV, and still nothing works. Here are my mail logs.

    I then thought maybe my IP is blacklisted, so I did a check here http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and I got this.

    As I said in post #1 in this thread, I had left Amavisd and ClamAV uninstalled during my last reinstall because I thought it might have been one of them causing the problem. Since the problem is not Amavisd and ClamAV, I'm going to install them again. I'm also suspecting that my ISP is not letting me relay through there smtp server or there is not something configured on my server for that. Which is strange because more then week ago I had mail working and everything on centos 5.2 and ISPconfig 2 (which I did not have problems with). A few days ago I had got this in my inbox when I tried to send an email to an external account.

    Would I use the email routing in ISPC3 to configure for my ISP's smtp server (smtp.charter.net)?
