Mail Password is unknown | Migration Toolkit

    Hi,
    We have migrate(migration tool) old server to new server. But our mail users can't login via old password.
    Maybe we missed something or password complexity is changed.
    OldServer Version:3.0.1.5
    NewServer Versiion:3.2.5
    Could you help me please.

    Hello Thom,

    I think I realized the problematic situation. In some records, POP3 and IMAP selections were not selected as yes or no. These users cannot use it.
    I will open a call by referencing this post.
    If I can get some quick advice it would be very helpful.

    You can change this in batch by running a SQL query, but I am on my phone currently so I can't write it for you until I'm at my desk.
