hi, i have installed ossec 1.2 local on my system(fedora6).my prob is iam not getting alerts although i have mentioned my mail id while installastion.iam getting as "Error Sending email to 209.85.129.27 ".my mail id is [email protected]. can any body solve my prob.. tx in advance.
Can you post an excerpt from your mail log where this error occurs? Have you checked that your server didn't get blacklisted? http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
