    Mail quota exceeded!

    I read the threads in the forum who find with the keywords "Mail quota"....
    But all the tips and tricks dont work. I have no Idea, then for the User web2_002 and the gruop of him doesn't exist a mailquota in the ISP Config. All entrys are "-1".

    Ah... its not with all Mails... only sometimes, with some mails..

    Have anyone a idea for this problem? I can't find any help for this problem.

    kind regards

    Do you use maildir or mailbox?

    Maildir or Mailbox

    Maildir i think...

    /var/www/web2/user/web2_002/Maildir/

    Then there is no mailquota setting in ISPConfig for the user, the mailquota field is set invisible because it does not work with maildirs.

    The quota size is set by the filequota of the user and the quota of the website (groupquota).

    If i understood right?

    ....
    i can't set Mailquota from the ISP config site, but i can set the quotas for the website, traffic and ftp.

    for the mailquota i think i must edit the file

    /var/www/web2/user/web2_002/.quota.rc

    snip

    :0 # if QUOTA is not set to something, then..
    * ! QUOTA ?? .
    {
    QUOTA=10000000000
    }
    snap

    it this right?

    Thats waht i told you above.

    No, because it wont have any effect. The procmail recipe can only handle mailbox quota, not maildir quota.

    Looks ok. Is quendi.rr-netz.de your ISPConfig system?
