Hi everyone, I have a problem with mail quota for users. I'm setting mail quota limit for client to 1024Mb but when the regular user tries to create mailbox within quota setting limited to (1024MB), gets error message in ISPConfig3 "The max space for mailboxes is reached. The max. available space in MB is: -21504" When I switch off quota limit for client problem seems to disappear Any solution ? thx in advice
There must be already mailboxes for that client, e.g. you might have added already mailboxes as admin with a higher quota, as admins are abale to override quota limits. So the overall quota gets exceeded that is set for the client.
error Thx Till You are right I had two unlimited mailbox for this client, but I was changed settings to quota limit. and still the same error appears any other sugestions ?
