    Hi

I have an issue. SAGE is a online accounting firm that sends out invoices on behalf of there clients.
There ip's / mail severs have been black listed on Spamhaus as Spammers even though technically they are not.
I have added the spf1 record as per their request I have also added the address / mail servers to the whitelist.
On both the server and client whitelists

The funny thing is that the Statements come through (from the same ip's / mail server's) but their Invoices don't come through.

So my actual question is. How do I go about getting my server to accept mail from their ip's / mail server addresses
