On of our Customers wants the Exchange-Server in his Company to be the prefered MX and our ISPConfig-Server as Backup.

What is the best way to configure these?

Because the Website is on the ISPConfig-Server the Domain is listed in local-host-names. If i add the Domain to relay_domains and /etc/postfix/transport which one will be used for received Mails from the Internet and for Mails generated by Scripts on the Server?

To configure your ISPConfig server as a backup MX, take a look here: http://www.postfix.org/STANDARD_CONFIGURATION_README.html#backup

All you have to do is set the mailserver to "External" in ISPConfig for the domain (it's on the Options tab of that web site for the web site's main hostname, and for the Co-Domains it's on the Options tab of the appropriate Co-Domain).
