As you use noip.com in your setup, is your external IP dynamic? In this case Hotmail will refuse your emails.
mail trouble This thing is going crazy. It tells me it is looping and keeps sending files to the mail. I had to shut down the server. It had like 94 mail returns. How can I stop this?

Please add the line: localhost.localdomain.mysite.com at the end of the file /etc/postfix/local-host-names and restart postfix.
