Ok I can send mail to and from my email account with just text in the messages, but when I send a message with attchements the message does not come through I have waited over ten minutes for a 100K attachment to come through.... I sent another plain message through while I was waiting and it came through almost stright away.....

I have checked through the mail log file and everything looks fine.

Can anyone shed some light on this......

Disable "Mailscan" in ISPConfig for the account in question and try again.

    http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=563

Replace check_relay_domains with reject_unauth_destination in /etc/postfix/main.cf and restart Postfix.

Thank you very much.... its all working now.... the trouble is a changed two things so not sure which one needed changing.....

Just one more thing does the mailbox size limit in the main.cf get overriden by ispconfig, if in ispconfig the mailbox size is unlimited..... so basicly which one will be right ispconfig or main.cf.

    But thanks for the answer.....

No, ISPConfig does not change /etc/postfix/main.cf, so the mailbox size limit won't be overwritten.
