When you create an email address under ISP User/User & Email, how do you access that account?

What do you mean by "access"? How to fetch / send emails with that account?

the username is w_xxxx where "w" is the prefix you defined for usernames and xxxx the text you typed for the mailuser. The password is set for yourself.
Then just configure your mailclient to access your server for pop3 / smtp with that authentication data.

You can use any of those users also for the use with ftp.

I think that is what I have trouble with... How do I make my mail client see the server.

I have HTTP and FTP working, but mail is really tough!

For your mail client, just use the same username and password and server name as in your FTP client.
