The mailbox quota is updated every 5 minutes by the server.sh cronjob, you can not force an update. Are other monitor functions for this slave working? If not, then there is most likely a permission issue with the ispcsrv* user of this slave n the master mysq database so that the slave can not write monitor data into the master database.
