Ive followed the Ubuntu 7.10 setup guide for postfix using virtual domains and it seems to be installed fine, i can connect to the account using the credentials and stuff i just dont seem to have a mailbox. I can also send mail out but cant recieve it due to the fact that theres no mailbox for my account

    Thats what im getting..

    Whats wrong here?

    Thanks

Can postfix write to the directory where the virtual users mailboxes are to be stored.

Right, ive found out that if i make another account on another domain it creates the maildir and stuff succesfully...
Ive tried deleting this account and remaking it but the error still occurs is there any way to flush the accounts or something?

Sorry for the multiple posts guys, ive figured out the issue, it was because i had jacknet.co.uk in the mydestination in /etc/postfix/main.cf and this was making it try to deliver mail to the user account jack
