    Hello,
I want to set up some mailinglists, but this doesn't seem to work.
Mailman is installed. I can set up a mailinglist in ISPConfig (under E-Mail, there is an item in the left side menu), but I'm already stuck at the question where and how to add users to the list. When sending a mail to the list, I get a reply that approval is necessary, and when I click on the link offered in that mail, it opens a 404 page. The link is http://..., while I have set the server to use https://...
I then checked the path of the URL offered in that mail, it's
    http://mydomain/cgi-bin/mailman/admindb/listname
If I go to the web folder of that domain ( /var/www/~mydomain/cgi-bin/mailman/admindb/listname), I'm already stuck at /var/www/~mydomain/cgi-bin, because there is nothing in that folder.
I do not know how mailman works in detail, but I guess that there should be something more in the cgi-bin folder, right?
I searched for useful tutorials or other stuff, but I found only posts which are more than 10 years old and most likely not useable.
Does anyone know of a useful and up-to-date tutorial? Or can someone help me who has done this already?
Mailman is running, 'systemctl status mailman' reports accordingly.

Most likely one of the mailmen config files needs to be adjusted for that or a template in ISPConfig. Personally, I never used Mailman, so I can't help you with that. In general, Mailman support is to be phased out in ISPConfig so you can't use it on most recent distributions anymore as there are no mailman 2 packages anymore anyway. Mailman 2 is not under active development anymore by its authors and Mailman 3 is a completely different software, so it does not work with the Mailman 2 implementation in ISPConfig. We have not decided yet if we will implement Mailman 3 support as this feature is used by very few users so there might be more important features to work on.

No, mailman mailing lists are accessed through the server hostname and not trough a website of your system.

And do you have any suggestion how I could solve that problem? I really would like to use mailman using secure http.
