I have lot of messages like this :

    Oct 16 07:11:28 k11 sendmail[22232]: STARTTLS=client, relay=[127.0.0.1], version=TLSv1/SSLv3, verify=FAIL, cipher=DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA, bits=256/256

    ...

Oct 16 07:19:11 k11 postfix/smtp[23703]: certificate verification failed for mx.poczta.onet.pl: num=21:unable to verify the first certificate

    Its normal ?

yesterday I generate new certificate for postfix as describe in Perfect Setup.
    ISPConfig runs at one year.

Yes, thats normal. You dont have to worry about that as your certificate is a self signed certificate which can not be verifies. this does not mean the the connection is not encrypted.
