Mailman Aliases

I was able to successfully install the latest version of ISPConfig 3.1 on a Debian 10 environment. I intend to use this for some mailman lists. The question I have is where are the aliases put for each new list? I looked at the /etc/aliases file and they are not there. I only see the ones that the installation instructions said to add. I know they exist somewhere because they are working for a new list I setup after I installed ISPConfig 3.1.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I could not get Mailman working on my ISPConfig setup. But I think aliases may be in
    /var/lib/mailman/data/aliases
If not there, then Mailman stores it's aliases in database.
Does Mailman work OK with ISPConfig on Debian 10?

That is where it is at. Thanks!
Yes, Mailman 2 is working great on my setup. There was some conflicts with it and the use of cgi-bin and suexec but once I disabled those on a virtual host, Mailman started working fine.
