    Hi,

Recently, we have started getting the following messsage in the emails sent by the users of our firm

"MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "www.anotherdomain.com" claiming to be "www.mydomain.com".

this message appears in our signatures, where our website "www.mydomain.com " is mentioned.

and the subject line of our emails is tagged with "Disarmed"?

    Any solutions?

that is because you have a link claiming to be x while the actually link points to b, that is how phishing works, fix that or turn off the mailscanner settings for that.

Look at the email that has been disarmed you will see the offending link has been disabled.
