I can't seem to change the email server settings on Client Limits. The error I get is this... Code: The server you are trying to remove from this client is used as a Mailserver. Be sure that this server is not used by this client before you remove it.
Do you use templates? If yes, are all mail servers that this client has accounts on listed in at least one of the templates that are assigned to this client?
Actually yes. Funny thing is the template only had that one entry because it's not a cluster. Still it refused to "change" it with the same mail server.
Strange, I guess there must be some data inconsistent in the DB then, maybe due to the change of the reseller that you mentioned.
