    Hi everyone,
i have a question. does ispconfig/42ispgo counting webspace and mailspace (size of a mailbox)? or is there a way to define a limit for mailspace?

    Cheers to everyone!

If you run maildir mailboxes, the mailspace and webspace are the same (disk quota for the user).

Uncheck the "maildir" Checkbox in ISPConfig under management > server > settings and then install a pop3 and imap daemon that supports the mbox format. But Mbox is generally slower then maildir and it tends to be corrupted from time to time if you receive many emails.

ok, but we can't use maildir mailboxe and separate the space for mail and the space for the web?

I have another "little" problem, i want i ( the reseller) create just an account for a user , and the user himself create the webstate , not me. We can?

    Sorry for my english.

No. The space for the web in the user settings is normally only used for the emails of this user, so the space is identical with setting a mailspace for the user.

    No.
