Hello all, I use the perfect server guide for wheezy, apache and dovecot. We use an exchange server for email, however, I would like to keep email functionality available should I ever need it. Is there a way I can install spamfilter amavisd and clam etc but make them dormant. ie not using resources until enabled? Or can clam be set up to only run once a week or something until I need it running full time? I doubt I will ever run emails through the server so maybe I would be better off skipping the installation of them all together, but if it won't cause problems I would rather have them installed and just hanging around so I could re-engage them in a blink if I ever needed to.
