Under part 11 - BIND9 DNS Server - of the Perfect Server Debian 6 (ISPconfig 2) howto, I kept running into the following error in /var/log/syslog: loading from master file managed-keys.bind failed: file not found Doesn't seem to be a problem, but to eliminate the error from the log, this is what I did: touch /var/lib/named/var/cache/bind/managed-keys.bind chown bind:bind /var/lib/named/var/cache/bind/managed-keys.bind Error gone. I don't think this should have any effect on anything except eliminate the error, but if someone thinks differently, please correct me...
