Hello I have ISPConfig installed on Ubuntu 7.1. All went fine and everything works ok with testing and live clients. this installation has been active for over a month. In the past few days, when accessing the control panel (www.domain.com:81) we are unable to access any of the management/system config or even /server!!! this only applies to the live system, or development version is intact with no issues. Please anyone can suggest a course of action? regards Dac

Sorry, the correct table name is isp_server. Please use phpmyadmin to look into the datbase and check if a record with doc_id = 1 is inside.
i managed to get into the DB yes there is this record. just to add to the confusion, we find that all of the Management Tree links that point to anything in the Multidoc is not working: Sys Config Form Designer Server Recycle Bin yet in the welcome first page a listing of ISP Server Status works!! even though its connected to the multidoc
Can you log in to MySQL on the shell and run Code: SELECT * FROM isp_server; ? What's the output? Also, if you have phpMyAdmin installed, you can try to repair the ISPConfig database.

This are no errors, just notices and they are fine, nothing to worry about. The output from the isp_server table is fine too. Please have a look in the file /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/config.inc.php and make sure that the hostnme of the server in this file is correct.
the hostname was correct but it was using the old https instead of http. we did switch to use http before and i guess someone did not change it in this file. Till you are a star....thanks alot. regards
