MAX_INPUT_VAR don't work

    Hi,
    I have a problem with the last ISPConfig version and PHP Version 5.4.45-0 + deb7u2. When I put the site features in the area Custom php.ini settings line max_input_vars = 5000 or in the area Apache directives to line php_value max_input_vars 5000, it onli assume the default value of PHP max_input_vars = 1000. I Have php-fcgi mode selected.
    Can anyone help me
