    Hi,
I have 3 MS servers which run only DNS role. They are ultra old, oldest is server 2003. No control panel.
There are some 200+ domains DNS zones.
How hard would it be to migrate all of them to 1 or 2 Linux servers, which are configured with ISPConfig and have existing web sites (without DNS role) already configured? I admit I so not even know where to start... or would it be better to setup some DNS template, take 1 day and type them over manually?

Adding DNS to an existing ISPConfig server should be quite easy, so that's no problem.

    Basically, you have two options:

    1) Do it manually.
    2) Do with with a script, ISPConfig has a remote API, so you can add DNS records to ISPConfig using a script. But I never worked with MS DNS servers, so I have no Idea how to get access to their records or database from a script.
