Migrate everything to a new server.

I have a Fedora 10 server that began running low on drive space.

Now, we will go to 2 server HA config with more drive space using Fedora 12. I want to minimize down time. The new server has been reprovisioned with Fedora 12 and is ready to go. I have some questions about the best way to transfer things.

The main things that are running are:

ISPConfig3 with a number of active websites using MySQL DBs.
    Tomcat 6
    IMAP
    Squirrelmail

I'm just trying to get an overview at this point. I guess I will start by transferring system users and groups. Can I use a clean version of ISPConfig3 or will I need to migrate the existing install? With all the webs?

    Cheers!
