Migrate ISPConfig to a new server?

    Hey guys,
My virtual machine is slowly reaching its limits, which is why, in the next 1-2 months, I will be switching to a significantly more powerful machine with dedicated resources that also has better network capabilities.

Since I have a few small customers running on it, the migration should, of course, be as quick and smooth as possible.

I can reroute the IP addresses to the new machine at a specific point in time, but first I will have to set them up with different IP addresses. While using different IP addresses, the host name of the machine cannot be resolved to the new server until after the IP changeover.

    My question is:
How can I carry out the migration as smoothly as possible, ideally including the full migration of all customers, their data, and accesses?

Does ispconfig hardcode the IP addresses in some way, meaning I would have to manually intervene after the IP change?

I would appreciate your experience and help.

ISPConfig has special tools for things like that, with full support as well, so your migration can run as smoothly as possible.

What IP? Your server? Because we all assigned it ourselves when we setup the server at the beginning, didn't we? We can always assign it again, or if we are behind nat, just assign it from there to the new server IP later, right?
