I currently have a single server ISPConfig server (Perfect Server Centos 6) that is hosted on a VPS that has gone EOL. I'm going to be creating a new multi-server install and I need to migrate my existing services. I'm mainly running web and mail. I don't mind moving the web sites manually if necessary, but I'm mainly worried about moving the mailboxes.
See the multiserver guide to set up your new systems: https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/ispconfig-multiserver-setup-debian-ubuntu/ (does not support CentOS but I would recommend using Debian 10 anyway ) You can use the migration tool to move your data to the new system: https://www.ispconfig.org/add-ons/ispconfig-migration-tool/ I did this for my own set up a few months ago and it worked like a charm. Do some dry-runs first to make sure everything is correct, and then start moving.
Manual migration is an option, too, though takes more time is you have any significant number of mail domains/mailboxes.
Thanks for the advice, all. I'll take a look at the migration kit. And I'm looking away from Centos this time around.
